Voice Notes for Google Docs™ – VocaMark (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a website at https://www.vocamark.com and a Google Docs add-on that lets you record voice feedback and share listen links (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes our practices for information we collect when you visit the website or use the Service.

- Google account information such as your email address and basic profile details when you authorize the Docs add-on
- Document context needed to attach feedback to a selection (for example document identifiers and selected text metadata)
- Voice recordings you create when leaving feedback
- Recording metadata such as duration, timestamps, and share-link identifiers
- Usage information related to recording, uploading, and playback
- Support messages if you contact us by email
On the website, we may also collect standard technical information that web servers and browsers typically provide (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) if analytics or hosting tools are enabled.
Why We Collect Information

How We Use Information
Google account details help us identify the user creating recordings. Document and selection context help us associate voice notes with the right place in a Doc. Audio files are stored so collaborators can play them from shareable listen links.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use information received from Google APIs to serve personalized advertising.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We store information using service providers and infrastructure appropriate for operating a web application, Docs add-on, and media storage. - You can revoke the add-on’s access to your Google Account through your Google Account permissions.
- You can contact us to ask questions about the information we hold or to request deletion where applicable.
- Browser and OS settings may also allow you to manage microphone permissions, cookies, and similar controls.
Children’s Privacy
The Service and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Third-Party Platforms
